27/200 trapezoidal profile · Sheet thickness min. 0.40 mm, max. 1.25 mm · Sheet length min. 250 mm, max. 15,000 mm · Formed sheet width: 1050 mm for 1220 mm wide material, 860 mm for 1000 mm wide material.
Technical Properties

Properties to Consider in Polyester and Paint Coated Products
Basic properties: paint film thickness, gloss, color match, hardness. Specific properties: impact resistance, bending and flexing resistance, color retention. All properties are checked through laboratory tests.
Color Selection in Paint Coating
Colors are selected by specifying their codes from the RAL catalog defined by the international RAL Institute. Because some colors are difficult to apply, the manufacturer's representatives must be consulted on the applicability of the requested color to obtain quality results. Colors not in the RAL catalog can also be produced separately according to a sample.
Painted End Product
The properties of the base metal black sheet and the galvanized coating can be selected by the customer as specified in DIN standards. The paint application is standardized as a 5 micron primer and 20 micron polyester on the top side; and 7-8 micron Epoxy Polyester or Epoxy Backcoat on the final coat and the bottom surface, as suited to the purpose. Production for special orders is also possible.
